Mr. Hager is a Special Partner of Manhattan Investment Partners, LLC ("MIP"), and is also Founder and Managing Principal of its affiliate, Strategic Planning Advisors, LLC. Mr. Hager's professional career spans over 30 years in corporate operations, marketing and development, financial planning, and general management in air transportation, manufacturing, industrial and service sector businesses, with annual revenues ranging from $10 Million to over $4 Billion. He brings exceptional depth in managing all phases of enterprise growth and operations, with special expertise in corporate planning, manufacturing controls and processes, and the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
Mr. Hager holds a B.A. from Vassar College and received his MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He was a Director of Commercial Travelers Mutual Insurance Co., the nations oldest accident and health insurer, and J.R. Clancy, Inc., a leading manufacturer of theatrical stag equipment. For 16 years, he served as a Director of ECR International, Inc. (and its predecessor companies), a $100 Million manufacturer and global distributor of heating and air-conditioning products.
From 1990 to 2012, Mr. Hager served as a Director of The Antique Boat Museum, the premier freshwater nautical museum in North America, where he subsequently served as its Executive Director.
