Financial Advisory We are corporate  finance specialists focused on private middle market and entrepreneurial  companies. We  are well positioned to advise management on determining optimum capital budget and structuring options  involving senior debt, mezzanine, and equity financing to enhance corporate operations. This may include advice on  improving working capital capabilities in the form of term loans, revolving lines of credit, subordinated debt, global trade finance facilities, lease financing, and asset securitization. MIP is not a broker-dealer, and does not arrange or place securities in the public or private markets. The Firm takes pride in its ability to work  closely with  management teams to analyze and recommend capital structures, transaction terms and strategic growth initiatives that  achieve their objectives.

MIP has worked with  an extensive roster of investment banks and institutional, commercial, and private sources of senior debt, mezzanine, and equity capital, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital. The Firm possesses substantial experience in advising on and negotiating complex credit, trade, and investment agreements, and our principals have successfully completed financings for a wide array of transactions, ranging from upper and middle market acquisitions and management buyouts to corporate restructurings, turn-arounds, and early-stage capitalizations.

As a prelude to the capital raising process, we are often called upon to analyze a company's function-level operations and assess the resulting cash flow and valuation implications of various capital structuring, investment, and business alternatives. We recommend initiatives designed to strengthen the company’s balance sheet, lower its total cost of capital, and enhance its total operating performance.
